We'll set up your hub and first tournament for free

Tell us how you run your nights. We'll build your hub, your website and your first tournament for you, or with you on a short call.

What we'll set up

  • Your hub and website, with your name, logo and colours
  • Your first tournament, or a weekly series, using the format you already play
  • Your existing players brought in from a list or spreadsheet
  • A walk-through of running the night from your phone and showing the bracket on a TV

How it works

  1. Tell us about your nights

Fill in the form. It takes about two minutes.

  2. We get it ready

We email you to agree what you need, then set it up for you or with you on a short call.

  3. Run your first night

Share your link, take sign-ups and run the bracket from your phone.

Questions about free setup

Is it really free?

Yes. Setup help is free for early users and there's nothing to pay. The Free plan stays free afterwards.

Do I need an account first?

No. Send the form and we'll take it from there. If you'd rather look around first, you can create a free account at any time.

What should I have ready?

Your venue, league or group name, a logo if you have one, and how your tournaments usually run. A player list helps, and a spreadsheet is fine.

Why are you offering this?

We're building CompLaunch with the people who use it. Setting up alongside organizers is the quickest way for us to learn what you need, and it gets you running sooner.

What happens to my details?

We use them only to contact you about your setup. Nothing is added to a mailing list. Our privacy policy has the details.
